PILOT REPORTED LANDING LIGHT INOPERATIVE.  ON TROUBLESHOOTING, FOUND THE LANDING LIGHT CIRCUIT BREAKER AT FAULT.  INSTALLED NEW LANDING LIGHT CIRCUIT BREAKER. OPS CHECKED OK.
