## Discrepancy

LIGHT FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE.  FOUND PINS AT CONNECTOR TO NOT BE CRIMPED AND WIRES LOOSE.  RECOMMEND IMPROVEMENT IN QC DURING INSTALLATION.
