## Discrepancy

UPON PERFORMING (ALF) AFTER LAST FLIGHT INSPECTION, IAW MM 05-21-00-603. VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE MAIN ROTOR HEAD STARFLEX IT WAS DETERMINED THERE WAS A CRACK THAT WAS BEYOND ALLOWABLE LIMITS.
