## Discrepancy

DURING PRE-FLIGHT INSPECTION.  PILOT OBSERVED THAT THE LEFT ELEVATOR TORQUE TUBE JUST OTBD OF THE BELLCRANK ATTACH FITTING HAD A SPIRAL CRACK AFFECTING APPROX 80 PERCENT OF THE TUBE.
