## Discrepancy

ON START-UP ENGINE BEGAN TO RUN ROUGH. INSPECTION BY MX FOUND NR 3 CYLINDER EXHAUST VALVE STUCK OPEN AND CONTACTING PISTON. CYLINDER AND PISTON REPLACED ENGINE RAN SMOOTH.
