## Discrepancy

WHILE CHANGING A CORRODED ROD END AT LEVER, LEVER WAS OBSERVED TO BE CRACKED.  AFTER LEVER WAS REMOVED, IT BROKE INTO TWO PIECES.  NO SPECIFIC INSPECTIONS FOR THIS AREA OTHER THAN "AREA INSPECTIONS".
