## Discrepancy

INSTALLED MODULE 3, FRESH OUT OF OVERHAUL.  DURING OPS CHECKS A LOUD "HOWLING" WAS OBSERVED.  ENGINE WAS SHUTDOWN, REMOVED AND SENT TO MFG FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION.
