## Discrepancy

FAILURE OF TUBE WHILE ACFT SAT ON RAMP.  FOUND SMALL SPLIT IN SIDE OF TUBE.  5TH FAILURE OF RUBBER TUBES EXPERIENCED WITH NO EVIDENCE OF UNDER OR OVER INFLATION.
