## Discrepancy

ACFT STALLED ON TAXIWAY.  ENGINE WAS INSPECTED.  DURING THE INSPECTION SPARK PLUGS WERE CHECKED FOR RESISTANCE.  ALL 8 PLUGS FAILED.  THE RESISTANCE CHECK, PAST, ALL OTHER NORMAL INSPECTION CHECKS.
