## Discrepancy

THE LANDING GEAR ROTARY SELECTOR VALVE SEAL FAILED, ALLOWING THE HYD PRESSURE TO BYPASS, CAUSING THE LANDING GEAR TO NOT OPERATE PROPERLY.  THE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED ON ROLLOUT AT THE RACES.  THIS IS AN EXPERIMENTAL ACFT.
