COMBUSTION HEATER REPORTED BACK FIRING IN FLIGHT.  MEASURED HEATER EXHAUST PIPE LENGTH AND SCARF ANGLE.  NEITHER MEASUREMENT TO SPEC. INSTALLED NEW EXHAUST PIPE ASSY. AND CUT TO PROPER DIMENSIONS.
