## Discrepancy

DURING ROUTINE MX,   FUEL STAINING WAS FOUND ON THE NR 5 CYLINDER HEAD.  FURTHER INSPECTION FOUND A SMALL CRACK APPROX .6250".   CYLINDER WAS REMOVED AND SENT FOR INSPECTION.  OVERHAULED CYLINDER WAS INSTALLED.
