## Discrepancy

NO LIGHTS ON BOTH WINGS. ONLY BLINKING WHITE LIGHT ON BOTTOM.  LEAVING DEPARTURE AIRPORT AT 11:11 PM  06-04-2013 FLYING TO AIRPORT, FOUND INFO ON FLIGHT TRACKER.
