## Discrepancy

SEALED BATTERY DOES NOT HOLD A CHARGE.   CONFIRMED BATTERY FAILED CAPACITANCE TEST AT LESS THAN 10 PERCENT.  SENT BATTERY TO MFG FOR EVALUATION, WAS TOLD THAT THE BATERY WAS FOUND TO BE DRY AT DISTRIBUTION.
