## Discrepancy

PROPELLER SPINNER BACKING PLATE DISCOVERED WITH SEVERAL SHEARED RIVETS DURING 100HR INSPECTION.  THIS IS THE THIRD UNIT FOUND IN THIS CONDITION DURING ROUTINE INSPECTIONS.
