FUSELAGE TAILCONE BULKHEAD,  FOUND TO BE CRACKED IN BEND RADIUS AT BOTH RUDDER STOP BOLT LOCATIONS. BULKHEAD REINFORCEMENT PLATE, PN 0412181-1, FOUND TO BE CRACKED BETWEEN EXISTING VERTICAL STABILIZER ATTACHMENT ANCHOR NUTS.
