THE SEAT BELT WAS REPAIRED INCORRECTLY BY USING WEBBING OF A DIFFERENT MATERIAL, NYLON INSTEAD OF POLYESTER, ON A DYNAMICALLY CERTIFIED ACFT, FAR 25.562, THEREFORE NEGATING THE PURPOSE IT WAS DESIGNED TO ACCOMPLISH.
