THE SEAT BELT WAS REPAIRED INCORRECTLY BY USING WEBBING OF A DIFFERENT MATERIAL (NYLON INSTEAD OF POLYESTER) ON A DYNAMICALLY CERTIFIED ACFT FAR 25.562 THEREFORE NEGATING THE PURPOSE IT WAS DESIGNED TO ACCOMPLISH.
