DURING LANDING, SEAT SUDDENLY SLID TO ITS FULL AFT POSITION, WAS NOT ABLE TO REACH CONTROLS.   LT WING TIP DAMAGED ON THE UNDERSIDE FROM SCRAPING RUNWAY.
