## Discrepancy

PILOT REPORTED THAT ALL THE NAVIGATION LIGHTS WERE INOPERATIVE.  TROUBLESHOT SYS AND FOUND THAT THE NAVIGATION LIGHTS CIRCUIT BREAKER FAILED.  REPLACED CIRCUIT BREAKER AND LIGHTS WORKED.
