## Discrepancy

FUEL CELL WAS INSTALLED 8-15-12.  MAIN FUEL NIPPLE FAILED, DEBONDED FROM INSIDE OF TANK.  ACFT HAD FULL TANKS AND DUMPED ALL FUEL IN RT TANK IN FLIGHT.
