## Discrepancy

CYLINDER HEAD SEPARATED FROM CYLINDER BARREL WHILE IN LEVEL CRUISE FLIGHT.  A SAFE LANDING WAS ACCOMPLISHED AT APPROXIMATELY 6 MILES FROM POINT OF FAILURE.
