## Discrepancy

BOTH PIVOT ARMS SUPPORTING THE PILOT SEAT BACK FAILED DURING TAXI, RENDERING THE SEATBACK USELESS.  SPECIFIC INSPECTION FOR CRACKS AND CORROSION ON THE SEAT PIVOT ARMS RECOMMENDED.  THERE WAS EVIDENCE OF CRACKS THAT MAY HAVE CAUSED THE FAILURE.
