## Discrepancy

CABIN PRESSURE FAULT, AUTO PRESSURE FAULT, CAS DURING FLIGHT.  MAINTENENCE FOUND AUTOMATIC ACTUATOR MOTOR ON PRIMARY OUTFLOW VALVE INOPERATIVE.  UNIT REMOVED,  INSPECTED AND TESTED ON UNIT INSTALLED.  CHECKED GOOD.  ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
