## Discrepancy

DURING AN ANNUAL INSPECTION, FOUND LEFT INSTRUMENT AIR PUMP INOPERATIVE.  REMOVED PUMP, FOUND DRIVE COUPLING SHEARED.  FOUND PUMP VANE DEBRIS IN PRESSURE SIDE AIR HOSE.  SINCE O/H, ALL FILTERS WERE REPLACED WITH NEW WHEN PUMP WAS INSTALLED.
