## Discrepancy

DURING PRE-FLIGHT INSPECTION AFTER MAINTENANCE FOUND RUDDER FLIGHT CONTROL CABLE LOOSE.  OPEN AFT BAGGAGE OVERHEAD ACCESS PANELS AND FOUND UPPER RUDDER CABLE BROKEN AT FORWARD PULLEY.  DURING INVESTIGATION FOUND NO DAMAGE TO SURROUNDING AREA.
