THE PASSENGER ENTRY DOOR FORWARD HANDRAIL ATTACH FITTING ON DOOR WAS FOUND CRACKED AND PEELED BACK, WITH UPPER RIVET ATTACHING THE FITTING TO THE DOOR STRUCTURE PULLED THROUGH THE DOOR STRUCTURE.
