## Discrepancy

ALL 3 PROPELLER DE-ICE BOOTS DEBONDED FROM BLADE IN FLIGHT CAUSING A SEVERE VIBRATION. LANDED AT NEAREST AIRPORT WITH OUT INCIDENT. VISUAL INSPECTION REVEALED DEBONDING OF MOST OF THE BOOTS APPEARS TO BE A POORLY APPLIED BONDING APPLICATION.
