LANDING GEAR ACTUATOR SEIZED DURING GEAR EXTENSION. SEIZURE OF THE ELECTRIC MOTOR PREVENTED THE ROTATION OF THE MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION SYSTEM.  LOGBOOK ENTRY 281 HRS PRIOR TO FAILURE STATED "CLEANED AND INSPECTED ARMATURE AND BRUSHES IN LANDING GEAR MOTOR."
