## Discrepancy

THE THROTTLE CONNECTION TO THE CARBURETOR IS CONNECTED BY A JOINT ASSEMBLY, BALL, SPRING TYPE, THE JOINT ASSY SEPARATED FROM THE "BALL" WHICH IN TURN DISCONNECTED THE THROTTLE FROM THE CARBURETOR, CREATING NO CONTROL OF THE THROTTLE ACTION.
