## Discrepancy

DURING THE ACCOMPLISHMENT OF AN ANNUAL INSPECTION ON ACFT, FUEL WAS LEAKING FROM THE LOWER RT FUEL TANK.  CLEANED AND REMOVED THE SEALANT FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE SPAR AND DISCOVERED A SMALL HOLE IN SKIN.
