## Discrepancy

POWER BRAKE LOW PRESSURE AND ANTI-SKID INOPERATIVE LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. 20AMP SYSTEM CIRCUIT BREAKER FOUND TRIPPED, WOULD NOT RESET. ISSUE OCCURRED ON SHORT-FINAL. EMERGENCY BRAKES USED TO STOP AIRCRAFT.
