## Discrepancy

THE LT ENGINE LOWER COWL SEPARATED SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF. POST FLIGHT INSPECTION REVEALED THE THREE MOST INBD FORWARD FASTENERS MISSING. ALL OTHER FASTENERS REMAINED INSTALLED IN THEIR RECEPTACLES AFTER SEPARATION WITH THE EXCEPTION OF TWO RANDOM MISSING FASTENERS.
