## Discrepancy

WATER ON TOP ENGINE COWLING LEAKING THROUGH COWLING HINGE.  DOWN NR 1 EXHAUST RISER OF POWERFLOW EXHAUST AND COLLECTING IN SCAT DUCTING FOR CARB HEAT.  QUANITY REMOVED 1 PINT OF WATER.  WHEN CARB HEAT WAS APPLIED ENGINE SHUTDOWN.
