## Discrepancy

FLIGHT RETURNED TO BASE, PILOT REPORTED HAVING SIGNIFICANT ROTOR VIBRATIONS DURING FLIGHT. POST FLIGHT MAINTENANCE INSPECTION FOUND THAT THE SHEAR BEARING HAD FAILED WITH ONLY 473 HOURS SINCE NEW.
