## Discrepancy

DURING ENGINE RUN UP, THE PILOT STATED A DEAD MAGNETO THE RT MAGNETO WAS NOT OPERATING.  THROUGH THE NORMAL TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURES THE RT MAGNETO WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE.
