DURING PHASE INSPECTION, FOUND THE NR 1 THROTTLE PUSH/PULL TUBE IN CENTER PEDESTAL RUBBING ON WIRE BUNDLE TRAY.  NORMAL TUBE OD IS .497 AND OD FOR AREA BEING RUBBED .472.  I
