## Discrepancy

DURING OPERATION PILOT NOTICED A LOUD BANG SOUND AND VIBRATION. LANDED AT FBO.  SENT PROPELLER TO THIS FACILITY FOR INSPECTION. UPON DISASSEMBLY FOUND BLADE  ACTUATING PIN WAS SHEARED OFF OF THE BLADE BUTT.
