## Discrepancy

DURING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE CYLINDER NR 2 FAILED A DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE CYLINDER LEAK CHECK, 54/80.  CYLINDER NR 2 WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED.  VISUAL INSPECTION DISCOVERED A VISIBLE CRACK IN COMBUSTION CHAMBER.
