## Discrepancy

PILOT COULD NOT SELECT AN ALTITUDE ON THE AUTO-PILOT ALTITUDE PRESELECT FUNCTION. THE CONTROLLER KEPT CHANGING ALTITUDES INSTEAD OF THOSE SELECTED. TWO MORE FLIGHT GUIDANCE PANELS FAILED.
