## Discrepancy

DURING INCOMING INSPECTION, FOUND SEVERAL DISCREPANCIES ON ANTI ICE VALVE, CRANK ARM AND LINK HAVE BEEN INSTALLED UPSIDE DOWN AND PISTON HAS BEEN DAMAGED,  CLIP LOCKING, ASSSEMBLY HAS NOT BEEN CORRECT.  BODY SHAFT HAS BEEN INSTALLED WITHOUT SEAL.
