WHEN ACFT DEPARTED, THE NR 2 TIRE TREAD SEPARATION, SIDEWALL OF THE TIRE. THE CREW DID NOT FEEL OR HEAR ANYTHING. TIRE DAMAGE FOUND ON POST FLIGHT INSPECTION.
