## Discrepancy

TIRE BLEW DURING TAKEOFF CAUSING AIRCRAFT TO VEER TO THE RIGHT OF THE RUNWAY.  AIRCRAFT HIT A DITCH, AND LEFT WING STRUCK BURM RUPTURING FUEL TANK.  AIRCAFT CAUGHT FIRE AND WAS DESTROYED.
