## Discrepancy

DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION,  FOUND THAT THE LP WATER SEPARATOR SUFFERED AN INTERNAL STRUCTURAL FAILURE.  ALL THREE INTERNAL SUPPORT STRAKE ATTACHMENT HARDWARE FAILED, ALLOWING THE UNIT TO COLLAPSE ON ITSELF INTERNALLY, COLLAPSING THE SWIRL VANES.  THE MANUFACTURER OVERHAULED THE ASSEMBLY.
