## Discrepancy

FUEL BLADDER LEAKS FROM OVER 15 LEAKS, FUEL BLADDER MATERIAL ACTUALLY POROUS UNDER AIR PRESSURE TEST.  FUEL WEEPING FROM ALL 6 SIDES OF THE TANK.  FOUND LEAK DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION.
