## Discrepancy

PILOT REPORTED ENG ROUGHNESS.  GROUND RUNS WERE MIXED, SOMETIMES IT WOULD RUN FINE.  TROUBLESHOOTING LED TO INTERMITTENT GROUNDING AT KEY SWITCH.  KEY SWITCH REPLACED.  KEY SWITCH BACK WAS REMOVED.  KEY SWITCH WAS INTERMITTENTLY GROUNDING INTERNALLY.
