## Discrepancy

AILERON CENTER HINGE RIB IS CRACKED UNDER BRACKET.  THERE IS NO WAY TO REMOVE THE HINGE TO INSPECT.  DAMAGE WAS FOUND DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION.
