ACFT ENG IS A O470-50 WITH A P PONK CONVERSION, STC SA02092SE, WHICH RAISES THE HORSEPOWER PRODUCED BY THE ENG, THE INCREASED HORSEPOWER COULD BE A PROBABLE CAUSE. DEFINITIVE CAUSE IS UNKNOWN.
