COPILOT RUDDER PEDAL TORQUE TUBE BASE SHOWS MOVEMENT WHEN FORCE IS APPLIED TO THE RUDDER PEDALS ON THE COPILOT SIDE. AN ABNORMAL SOUND IS HEARD AND THE MOUNTING HARDWARE APPEARS TO BE LOOSE.
