## Discrepancy

WHILE PERFORMING AN OIL CHANGE,  OBSERVED BROKEN THROTTLE SPRING.  THE SPRING GOES ON THE THROTTLE BODY SENDING ENGINE TO FULL THROTTLE IN THE EVENT THE THROTTLE CABLE WERE TO BREAK.
